week 8 Risk Management

There is risk associated with every kind of business , and every company have to address it different in order to achieve there goals .
Sun Tzu's recommend to reduce the risk in organization should :
1-  Know it self
2-know its enemy
Know it self is mean that the company has to know the what there mission , value , and goals in order to be ready to control there business .
Know its enemy is that the company has to be preber for the risk and to avoided before even started , sometimes company just not aware of what type of risk they are facing , as business , and that can cause the company time and money if there is any problem arise in the company  also  do the SwOT ananalysis for the comany and customer , then look back and see what work will for the company and what doesnt , that as part of evaluting and mintaning the company .
